Our rates are very reasonable and extremely competitive. We have nightly, weekly and monthly rates and we welcome long-term guests. With over 100 spacious sites, we can easily accommodate large clubs, groups and gatherings of motor homes and RVs.

Daily and Weekly Rates
Daily and weekly rates are subject to change and subject to a state lodging tax. Rates are based upon 2 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 1 pet  for a minimum of 1 month depending upon availability. Additional charges for extra occupants, vehicles, pets and late/early arrivals or departures may apply. All RVs must be manufactured in 2011 or newer. If you have a vintage or older model, please send pictures of all sides to oasiswestres@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

Payments
We accept credit cards, money orders or checks.

Deposits
There are no refunds. For single-night reservations, the full amount of the reservation is due at booking. Short stay reservations (60 days or less) require a $50 deposit. Extended stay reservations (30 days or more) require a deposit equal to a month’s rent and application approval. Deposits are applied to the total amount due upon arrival for short stay. They are applied after departure for extended stay.

Cancellation or Changes
RV Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival. A $10 reservation cancellation fee can be waived by calling (209) 370-0603 to cancel more than 48 hours in advance.

CLUB ROOM : These units may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please confirm with our team when making your reservations.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with our team for details.

Check-in/Check-out Time
Check-in time is 12 Noon PST and Check-out time is at 11 AM PST.

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. Credit​s or modifications to the account balance are based on the actual length of stay. The bill ​will be recalculated if the departure ​date change results in a regressive rate change. For example: from the monthly rate to weekly or daily rate or weekly rate to daily rate.

Discounts
Are you Active Duty Military? Ask for your discount and thank you for your service. Also, please inquire about our special rates for clubs.
